Mary L. Lynch, 95, of Plover, Wisconsin, passed away Monday, July 31, 2017.

Mary was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on February 14, 1922, daughter of the late Edwin E. & Lillian G. (Vessey) Cliver.

Mary served in the United States Army from September 1943 to March 1946.   She was assigned to the 198th General Hospital Unit in France as an army nurse.

She was the widow of Robert H. Lynch.  They were married on October 27, 1945, in Suippes, France.   Robert preceded her in death on April 15, 2007.

Mary is survived by her two children, daughter Mary Ann Enerson & husband Robb, of Plover, Wisconsin and son Robert Lynch & wife Linda, of Freeport, Florida, by eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Mary was a former member of the Good Shepard Lutheran Church, Plover, Wisconsin, and the American Legion of Bay, Missouri.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 7th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be at Oak Haven Memorial Gardens, Hermann.  Memorial donations may be given to Ministry Hospice –Stevens Point, Wisconsin.  C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
