Mr. Marvin "Roho" Elfline, 77, of Hermann passed away Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 at Frene Valley Health Center, Hermann.

Mr. Elfline was born in Rhineland, Missouri on June 30, 1938, the son of the late Benjamin and Mary (Gentry) Elfline.

He worked as a farm hand during his early working years and later work as a lumberjack for the Lionberger Lumber Company, and Watson Lumber company.

Marvin enjoyed gambling, playing lottery tickets, playing the fiddle, watching the Price is Right, watching the St. Louis Cardinals and most of all drinking beer.

He was married to Lena (nee Wolf) Elfline.

He is survived by his wife Lena, Rolla,  two brothers Milferd Elfline, Sr. and wife  Loretta, Hermann; Melvin Elfline and wife Juanita, Summersville; a sister Mildred Brautigam, New Haven, by 5 stepchildren Ronald Copeland, Lena Virginia Copeland and Cathy Copeland all of Dixon, Carl Copeland and Patti Phelps both of Rolla, by special friends Toby and Mitch Hoelmer, Hermann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, by one sister Margaret Elfline, by two brothers Milburn Elfline and a stillborn brother.

Funeral Services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m.  from the  Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri with Ben Grosse officiating.

Visitation will be  Friday from  10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri.

Interment at Oak Haven Memorial Gardens, Hermann, Missouri.
