Marjorie K. Eldringhoff, 98, of Hermann, MO, formerly of Rhineland, passed away Wednesday, November 25 2015, at Frene Valley of Hermann Stonebridge. 

Marjorie was born in Bluffton, Missouri on October 22, 1917, the daughter of the late Walter  E. and  Eleanora A. (Hinrichs)  Bahr.

She was the widow of Vincent B. Eldringhoff.   They were married January 12, 1937 at St. Martin's Church, Starkenburg, Missouri. 

She was a member of the St. Martin's Church, Starkenburg, Missouri and the Ladies Sodality.  She was also a  4-H leader for many years and she was on the board of the St. Martin's Church Restoration.   Marjorie   was a great cook.  She will be remembered for her cinnamon rolls, popcorn balls and her apple butter fried pies.  Marjorie loved to sew and quilt.   If it required a needle and thread she could sew, stitch or mend it. 

Marjorie is survived by her children, Gene Eldringhoff  and wife Brenda of Montgomery City;  Alice  Houska and husband Donald of Jefferson City; Sharon Horton and husband Dennis of Aroda, Virginia;  Ruth Gray and husband Dave of Fountain Hill, Arizona; Connie Ridder and husband Todd of Columbia, Missouri;  by a  brother William  "Bernie" Bahr  of St. Loui, .by five sisters-in-law Margaret Bahr, Rhineland; Pat Bahr, Mexico; Lillian Gloe, Theoda Pohlman and Alma Heying all of Hermann. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, by three brothers Glenn, Wendell and James Bahr and one grandson Duane Fredrick Eldringhoff.

Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.

Funeral Services  will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 30th at  St. Martin's Church, Starkenburg, Missouri,  with Rev.  Monsignor Gregory Higley officiating.   Burial will be at St. Martin's Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to St. Martin's Church Restoration Fund or  masses. C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
