Leona Bernice Romaker, 86, of Hermann, MO, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Frene Valley of Hermann Stonebridge.

Leona was born in Bay, Missouri on March 15, 1929, the daughter of the late Joseph & Bertha (Carwile)  Fowler.

She was the widow of Nicholas George Romaker.  They were married on March 15, 1946, at Bay, Missouri.  Nicholas preceded her in death on February 5, 2002. 

Leona is survived by a son Barry Romaker & wife Cheryl of Fulton, Missouri; a son James Romaker of Rhineland, Missouri; a daughter Brenda Axton of Catawissa, Missouri; a daughter Keva Williams of Chamois, Missouri; a son Kerby Romaker of Hermann, Missouri, by 20 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, two brothers and a granddaughter Nicole Williams.

No services will be held at this time.  Memorial donations may be given to Loutre Island Cemetery.  C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
