Lawrence Delgrado Penserum, 72, of Berger, Missouri, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018 at his home.
Lawrence was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 8, 1945, a son of the late Charles W. & Catherine M. (Beck) Penserum.
He was the husband of Angela "Weiser" Penserum. They were united in marriage on June 22, 1985, in Hermann, Missouri. Angela survives at the home.
Lawrence is also survived by a son, Lawrence Anthony Penserum & wife Misty, of California; and by five daughters, Tina Penserum, of Indiana; Tammy Fugate & husband Michael, of Indiana; Elizabeth Miller, of Indiana; Amie Crawford & husband Chance, of Florida; and Sara Rowe & husband Joseph, of Berger; by a brother Van Penserum & wife Rita, of Loose Creek, Missouri; a sister Jean Beck & husband Hervey, of Warsaw, Missouri, and by eight grandchildren, Anthony, Morgen, Alisen, MacKenzie, Katlynn, Aryana, Emily, & Lucy. He is preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers Charles & Clifford Penserum.
Lawrence was a self-employed construction worker and handy man and loved to work. In his free time he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandbabies.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 4th from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. at St. John's Cemetery, Berger.
Memorial donations may be given to cemetery or Berger Fire Dept. C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
