Julie Melinda Wright, 54, of Union, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at her residence. 

Julie was born on April 14, 1963, a daughter of the late Randolph & Imogene (Cooper) Whitehead.

She was the wife of Gerald Wright.   They were united in marriage on November 5, 2000, in Hermann, Missouri.  

Julie was a L.P.N. and worked at Grand View Nursing Home in Washington. 

Julie is survived by her husband Gerald of Union, by two daughters, Amanda Creek & husband Johnny, of Union, Missouri; and Amy Welch, of Columbia, Missouri; by two step daughters, April Wampler, of Arkansas; and Cassie Wright, of Union, Missouri; by three sisters, Becky St. Onge, of Minnesota; Cindy Chapin, of Owensville, Missouri; and Jenny Whitehead, of Jefferson City, Missouri; and by four grandchildren, Ayanna, Colton, Slater & Johnny.  She is preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter Alicia Rene Welch.
