John  Henry  Zastrow, 74, of Hermann, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Hermann Area District Hospital.

Mr. Zastrow was born in Hermann, Missouri on July 15, 1940, the son of the late Edward T. and Cressie (Vaughn) Zastrow.

He was the widower of Onetta  (Pointer) Zastrow.

John loved to deer & turkey hunt and anything else that was in season.  He was a very accurate marksman. He had a special love for his dash hound dogs, they were his pride & joys.

John is survived by a son John Alan Zastrow & wife Elsie Millan of Union, a daughter Nancy Kemper & husband Todd of Pacific,  a son Harold Zastrow & wife Rebecca of Hermann and a son Henry Zastrow of Hermann, by a brother Albert Zastrow of Hermann, nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife and a brother Earl Zastrow.

Memorial services will be held at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11th,  with Rev. Barb Zastrow officiating.
