Mr. Devlin was the best neighbor and he always looked out for us. He is greatly missed already. Rest in Peace, our friend and beloved neighbor. I can't go outside my house and not see his house; The thought of him gone makes me sad.
I am so saddened for you, Chrissy. I am here for you if you need anything during this tragic time.
Our condolences to all his family and friends.

Dear Julie, Travis, Haley, Hannah and Kylee and all of the rest of Glen's loved ones,
I was so sorry to hear that Glen lost his battle with his health issues but from knowing him, I'm sure he is smiling down on all of you and his many friends and joking with his Mom and brothers who went before him.

Glen was a great guy and always made you feel he really cared about everyone and was more than willing to help you out with your problems.

R.I.P. Glen

My prayers are with Devlin Family. We have lost a kind, good man who knew more about the City of New Florence than most people. I helped in hiring Glen as Superintendent of Public Works when I served as a Board Member and he always went above and beyond the call of duty during crisis situations. I considered him a good friend and he will be missed by all. I'm so sorry that he did not live long enough to complete his term as Mayor; I know he would have done an outstanding job.
