Diana Christine (Tipton) Castle

Diana Christine Castle, 63, of Moscow Mills, Missouri, passed away Monday, January 22, 2018 at SSM St. Joseph Health Center, St. Charles, Missouri. 

Diana was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 14, 1954, a daughter of Gordon Ray Tipton & Doris Marie (Purcell) Sterling.

She was the wife of Dennis Castle.   They were united in marriage on January 11, 1975, in Maryland Heights, Missouri.  Dennis survives at the home.

Diana is also survived by her mother Doris Marie Sterling, of Hermann, Missouri, by her three daughters, Sara Nelson & husband Brent, of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Libby Castle, of Dallas, Texas; and JoAnna Lee Castle, of Hazelwood, Missouri; and a son, Gabriel Castle, of Moscow Mills, Missouri; by a sister, Cathy Steffe, of Foristell, Missouri; a brother, David Tipton, of Hermann, Missouri; and by two grandchildren, Brody & Emmy Nelson.  She is preceded in death by her father, by her step-father Joseph A. Sterling, and her grandmother Marie Purcell.

Diana was a member of Faith Church, of St. Louis.   She was a volunteer for the Pregnancy Resource Center, Samaritan's Purse, Operation Christian Child and the U.S.O. at Lambert Airport.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 26th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m.
