Catherine J. Pate, 51, of New Haven, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis City, Missouri. 

Mrs. Pate was born in Hammond, Indiana on June 11, 1963, the daughter of John and Patricia (Creek) Spicer.

She was the wife of Jerry Pate.  They were married April 10, 1982 at New Haven.  Jerry survives at the home.

Catherine is also survived by her father John Spicer of Sedona, Arizona, two daughters Jecqueline Pate of New Haven and Debbie Pate of Jefferson City, a sister Shannon Leposky of Pennsylvania,  a brother Terry Spicer of Sherryville, Indiana, a sister Michelle Johnson of Valparaiso, Indiana and two granndchildren Lucien and Roman Hiatte of Jefferson City.  She is preceded in death by her mother.

She was a member of Assumption Church, New Haven.

Visitation will be Friday 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, Missouri, where memorial services will follow at 7:00 p.m.
