Archie A. Willimann

Mr. Archie  A.  Willimann, 80, of Berger, passed away Friday, October 31st, 2014 at Mercy Hospital, Washington, Missouri.

Mr. Willimann was born in Berger, Missouri on February 25, 1934, the son of the late Archie and Betty (Kellner) Willimann Sr.

He worked for  MO-DOT  working from the Swiss and New Haven area  Departments. Archie retired in 1989 as a supervisor for the New Haven area after completing 31 years with MO-DOT. He also farmed his whole life.

Archie enjoyed raising cattle and farming, and will be remembered for being a collector of older farm equipment and antique machinery and tinkering with it to make it functional again. He would often be seen at farm auctions, looking for the pieces of equipment that was tucked away in the weeds.

He is survived by his two daughters, Debbie Stark and husband Troy of Seattle, Washington;  Dana Stevenson and husband Mark of  Granite Falls, Washington; by a brother Virgil Willimann and wife Vicki of Hermann, Missouri, and  a sister Judy Birkmann and husband Delmar of Berger, Missouri; by four grandchildren; Andreas & Logan Stark and Kyler & Courtney Stevenson and by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at  the Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, Missouri.

Funeral Services  will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 5th,  at the  Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, Missouri  with Rev. Don Covington officiating.

Interment at St. John's Cemetery  Berger, MO.

The family requests memorials to St. John's Cemetery or Berger Fire Department c/o Toedtmann-Grosse Funeral Home.
